My Approach
My approach is warm, compassionately direct and collaborative. I believe we all have the innate capacity to heal and grow and I am here to guide you.
I create a container of radical acceptance where all emotions and experiences are welcome. I help you turn towards the parts of you that are hurting, that you may have been running from for years.
Somatic Therapy, IFS and Brainspotting
I work primarily using IFS (Internal Family Systems) a form of parts work Somatic Therapy and Mindfulness.
I also offer Brainspotting, a trauma release modality similar to EMDR. Brainspotting facilitates the processing and release of trauma from the body. Evidence suggests that somatic therapy is far superior to talk therapy alone for the treatment of trauma.
